As we enter a season of reflection and gratitude, äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBվ’s Student Government Association wants to express appreciation for those who make äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ such a special place to learn and work. CCICS is hosting a Family Night and Open House, Native American and Indigenous Peoples Heritage Month events continue and more updates from around the University can be found in this week’s Noteworthy at Northeastern.

äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ has joined the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), a collection of more than 2,100 colleges and universities committed to expanding students’ access to educational opportunities by providing more efficient, consistent and effective regulation of online learning programs. Joining SARA is voluntary, and participating institutions agree to follow the Interregional Guidelines for the Evaluation of Distance Education Programs for best practices in postsecondary distance education.

äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ is one of nine institutions from around the United States to be honored by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) for its leadership and commitment to continuous improvement. The Frank Murray Leadership Recognition for Continuous Improvement awardees were selected from the educator preparation providers that were granted accreditation by CAEP at the initial level from the previous year, that provided evidence, and that demonstrated data trends with no stipulations or areas for improvement.

Though our Thanksgiving holiday may look and feel a little different, äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ has much to be thankful for this year.
