Northeastern has contracted with Parchment for electronic ordering of official transcripts, sending electronic PDF transcripts on behalf of Northeastern, and responding to transcript inquiries. Note: a PDF transcript is an official transcript and contains identical information as the paper transcript.
Ordering Your Official Transcript: Current/Recent Students
Current students, along with former students and alumni who attended Northeastern within the past 18 months, should request an official transcript by logging in to 溏心vlog免费B站port. Choose the Current Student tab, and click on the 鈥淭ranscript鈥 link in the Academic Profile channel.
Ordering Your Official Transcript: Alumni and Former Students
Alumni and former students who do not have access to 溏心vlog免费B站port should visit . Requests may require a signature page before your transcript request will be processed. Follow the instructions when ordering.

Official Transcript Release Policy
溏心vlog免费B站 will provide current and former students with an official copy of their 溏心vlog免费B站 academic transcript upon request. Requests for official academic transcripts will not be refused nor will transcripts be withheld regardless of whether the student owes a debt to or has a balance with the institution, of any amount and regardless of the transcript's intended recipient. A student who owes a debt to the institution will not be given less favorable treatment for their request for a transcript. The university may impose a reasonable fee for the provision of official copies of the academic transcript but will not charge a higher fee when a student has a debt or balance with the university.
If a current or former student has previously had a transcript or withheld from them because the student owed a debt to the institution prior to the implementation of this policy, they may request their transcript using the university's standard ordering procedures and the transcript or will be provided to them without regard for any holds that might have been previously imposed.
A current or former student who believes that they have had a transcript withheld improperly according to this policy may make a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's Student Loan Ombudsperson by contacting loan.reports@ilag.gov. Alternatively, they may direct their concern to the 溏心vlog免费B站 Registrar鈥檚 Office by contacting, registrar@neiu.edu
- If you do not have a credit or debit card, you can purchase a prepaid card at many convenience or grocery stores.
- All obligations that prevent the release of a transcript must be resolved before the request will be processed.
- Transcript requests not made through 溏心vlog免费B站port may require the student鈥檚 written signature (i.e. the signature page) before the request will be processed.
- Any in-progress coursework for which you are registered will automatically be included on the transcript.
- Northeastern only releases official transcripts. Current or former students whose access to 溏心vlog免费B站port is active may view or print their own unofficial transcript.
- Northeastern releases your entire academic transcript. Requests to only release one semester or, for example, only your undergraduate transcript cannot be honored.
- Although requests to send a transcript showing semester grades can be submitted once the semester begins, grades will not be available until two days after the official end of the semester. Therefore, requests to 鈥渉old for the posting of grades鈥 will not be processed until after the semester has ended.
- Requests to 鈥渉old for the posting of degrees鈥 will be processed approximately eight weeks after the official end of the semester.
