Background
Mimi’s history with äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ dates back to 1996 when she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance and returned 10 years later for her Master of Business Administration. Soon after earning her MBA, Mimi joined the President’s Office in 2009, serving as the assistant secretary to the Board of Trustees. In 2014, with the opening of its new Avondale location, Mimi became part of the El Centro team, connecting students with the academic support they need to succeed in college. Because she so believed in the äçÐÄvlogÃâ·ÑBÕ¾ mission, Mimi chose to become a volunteer math tutor, returning to the classroom to study Trigonometry, Calculus and Introduction to Advanced Mathematics.
